A Manchester United fan has been banned from the club indefinitely for making fun of the Hillsborough disaster.

James White, 33, pleaded guilty to exhibiting threatening or abusive writing that was likely to cause annoyance, alarm, or distress.

He was arrested at Wembley Stadium during the FA Cup final after photographs of his clothing went viral on social media, causing indignation throughout all fan bases.

On June 3, he told cops, “You haven’t even asked me what the t-shirt means.” My grandfather died at the age of 97, and he didn’t have enough children.”

White reportedly smirked when he learned he would be banned from all football matches for four years, fined £1,000, plus £400 and £85 in fees.

The United States has issued an indefinite ban.

United has decided to prolong the suspension indefinitely and stated in response to the judgement.

“Mockery of Hillsborough and other football tragedies is completely unacceptable and the club will continue to support firm action to eradicate it from the game.”

The Premier League said last week that it would implement new, stronger methods to crack down on tragedy-related yelling, gesturing, internet abuse, and other behaviors, with criminal prosecution among the punishments for those found guilty.
