When is the draw?

How will the group stage draw work?

There will be 32 teams in the pot, 26 of whom qualified for the group stage automatically and six play-off winners, whose identity will be confirmed on 23 and 24 August.

Are there any stipulations?

No club can draw a team from their own association. For example, Chelsea and Spurs could not be drawn in the same group.

Tuchel’s men and Conte’s side both find themselves in pot 2 alongside fellow Premier League side Liverpool, with Barcelona, Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and RB Leipzig also in the second pot.
