Chelsea in pole position to sign brilliant star for just £25 million this Month
Brighton have told Chelsea the price they must pay if they want to finalize the signing of Leandro Trossard – and Chelsea are in pole position to sign him for under £25 million this month.
Graham Potter is aware that he needs to continue adding to his team throughout the transfer season – and has identified several players who he believes might enhance the side.

According to talkSPORT, Brighton are willing to grant Trossard’s demand and allow him depart in the January transfer window provided an interested club pays £25 million.
Trossard’s agent announced just a few days ago that he does not intend to renew his contract with the Seagulls and will now attempt to leave Brighton.
Josy Comhair, Leandro Trossard’s agent, issued the following statement:
“Before Leandro went for Qatar, Brighton desired to extend Leandro his contract , this did not materialize as sides did not reach an agreement. Leandro has also stated that he is ready for the next step.
“After the World Cup, there was an altercation during training between Leandro and another player over an inanity. Since that time, the trainer has not spoken to Leandro, which is not conducive to the atmosphere, as well as performance-wise.
“Leandro still was a first eleven player against Southampton and Arsenal but against Everton he was on the bench. In the 5 substitutions that took place then, he was also not among them and this without any explanation.
“In the run-up to the match against Middlesbrough for the FA cup, Leandro had already reported calf problems twice. This was the reason he stopped training. This was in consultation with the medical staff.
“Through the physical trainer Leandro learned that he had to train separately. Last Monday the trainer then grounded leandro in the group and indicated that he did not want to see him anymore. A trainer who has not communicated directly with his player for 4 weeks is truly incomprehensible.
“It is therefore important that Brighton cooperate THIS mercato with a potential transfer , which is beneficial for both parties.”
