Erik ten Hag Issues an Alarm to Marcel Sabitzer Following Manchester United Transfer Link
Due to Christian Eriksen’s injury, Manchester United has loaned Marcel Sabitzer from Bayern Munich.
The agent of Marcel Sabitzer has warned Erik ten Hag that his new player is a “unpleasant guy” if he does not receive the appropriate amount of playing time.
It was meant to be an easy deadline day for Manchester United, but things changed when it was discovered Christian Eriksen will be sidelined until late April due to an injury sustained during Saturday’s victory against Reading. As soon as the severity of the Danish player’s injury was determined, United moved fast to draft a successor.
This resulted in the loan signing of versatile midfielder Sabitzer from Bayern Munich until the conclusion of the season. This arrangement cannot be made permanent.
With Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes’ positions in the team secured, Sabitzer will likely compete for Eriksen’s empty slot alongside Fred and the currently injured Scott McTominay. However, the 28-year-old will reportedly be dissatisfied if he is relegated to the bench.

Sabitzer’s agent, Roger Wittmann, provided insight into his client’s mindset and desire to be a regular starter. Wittmann, via Goal, described him as “the most awful person to be around when he’s not playing.” “He cannot stand losing. That is the conclusion. Characteristically, the child is a murderer. This is how guys that always desire to win appear.”
Regarding his move to Old Trafford, Sabitzer remarked, “Sometimes in life, you must make crucial decisions quickly. As soon as I learned about this chance, I felt I should pursue it. I am a competitive player that desires to win and contribute to the club’s success this season.
“I feel that I am at my peak as a player and that I can contribute a lot of experience and energy to the squad. I am excited to start with my new teammates and manager and to show my qualities to Manchester United fans.”
