United launch bid to sign ex-player’s 16-year-old twin sons from Man City
Former Manchester United player Darren Fletcher’s 16-year-old twins are the subject of an offer from United, who seek to entice the young stars across the city.
The news comes as an exclusive from David Ornstein, who tweeted that United has made an offer to sign both Jack and Tyler Fletcher from the Citizens.
Despite their father’s illustrious Old Trafford career, both Fletchers came through the Manchester City academy and shone on the pitch.
However, both are set to join Manchester United for a’substantial amount,’ according to Ornstein.

The two midfielders are highly respected in youth football, and many believe they are among the country’s most promising prospects.
Fletcher followed in the footsteps of Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, and Phil Neville by entrusting his children to City’s outstanding development system.
The Fletcher brothers are said to be the academy’s top objectives due to Fletcher’s senior status at United and a desire from director of academy Nick Cox.

The playing styles of Jack and Tyler Fletcher
Despite being twins, the two boys like to do things their own way. For example, Jack has chosen to play for England, while Tyler has chosen to follow in his father’s footsteps and represent Scotland.
Jack is a more offensive player who can score from both outside and inside the box.
Tyler is a more traditional midfielder who plays in a similar style to his father.
Both, though, are technically sound and intelligent footballers, as one would expect from a father who was a professional.
The two have been instrumental in City’s age-group success, and the Etihad leadership was desperate to maintain them.
